The counties include Autauga, Barbour, Bibb, Bullock, Butler, Chambers, Chilton, Clay, Coffee, Coosa, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Dallas, Elmore, Geneva, Greene, Hale, Henry, Houston, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, and Wilcox. The services that are provided to these counties are Death Investigation and Forensic Pathology.

The Montgomery Medical Facility does not accept evidence in this facility except evidence submitted along with a decedent. For Fire Debris and Toxicology evidence, please submit the evidence to the Birmingham Laboratory. For Forensic Biology, Drug Chemistry, and Firearms and Tool Mark, please submit the evidence to the Montgomery Regional Lab.
